Dr. Ajit Mathur is PhD in management from the Mumbai University. He also has a post graduate degree in Industrial Engineering and an honors degree in Mechanical Engineering from prestigious national institutes in India. He has over three decades of rich corporate experience in variety of industries, including engineering, hospitality and catering. Prior to launching Right Culture, he was the Managing Director of Sky Gourmet, a wholly owned subsidiary of Gate Group, Switzerland, in India. Prior to this, he worked for Taj Group, a Tata company, in senior management roles, spanning operations, quality and business development. Through guest lectures at leading management institutes in India (IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Indore, NITIE, MDI) and in corporate organizations, he has been actively sharing his insights and experiences with the future managers and leaders.
