If you want to join our network of "OCAI" culture change consultants on this page, please take note of the following:

• Candidates need to have experience in conducting OCAI workshops and guiding change, working with the Competing Values Framework.
• Consultants preferrably have a relevant Masters degree.
• Applicants need at least two references that we can call about the culture change projects they've done.
• Consultants contribute articles for the blog at least once a year and participate in our Linkedin discussion group every now and then.
• The selected consultants are enthusiastic advocates of the OCAI helping us spread its familiarity and use.
• Our consultants are eligible to a discount on OCAI Pro and Enterprise accounts when working with their own clients.

If you don't have enough experience yet, you are able to qualify if you take the Organizational Culture Change Video Training and guide three separate OCAI assessments and its subsequent workshops. We will then evaluate and decide if you can be listed.
