Shiao-Yin Kuik works as a cultural change strategist. She helps leaders and their organisations explore “what’s working/not working” in their current culture so that they can do better together. She guides people to create life-giving work cultures that are meaningful, kind and empowering.
She trains people in strategic change skills, facilitates crucial conversations, coaches change managers/leaders and helps internal change-teams develop and iterate their strategies to cascade change.
She shares her insights on leading change as a public speaker, as host of the “Finding Common Ground” podcast and producer of “The Good, Bad & Ugly”newsletter. Shiao-Yin was also a two-time Nominated Member of Parliament (2014-2018) and Philip Yeo Initiative Fellow. Her 2018 parliamentary speech "The Power of a People" was published under Epigram's Rational Conversations series of speeches by prominent Singaporeans.
