
Dr. Mulunda is the Co-Founder of a consulting firm Kenbra Limited which is is a Kenyan limited company provides consultancy, research surveys and training services. The company is run by a team of highly qualified, dynamic and experienced Kenyan experts in their respective professional fields, which is committed to the provision of on-target, high quality, innovative and cost-effective research and consulting services to the satisfaction of company clients using creative and up-to-date approaches, methodologies and techniques.
Dr. Mulunda holds a PhD in Human Resource Management, Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Education. He also holds a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management and a Certificate in Quality Management systems as a lead Auditor.
Dr. Mulunda is a certified culture change management partner with OCAI online. He has a wealth of experience in providing corporate leadership in all aspects of corporate functions, which include management of executive development of strategies, and management of Training and development function.
Dr. Mulunda has been a lead consultant in facilitation of various consultancy assignments such as Review and development of Performance Management, Culture change Management Program, Job Evaluation, Workload Analysis, Skill gap analysis and Training Needs Assessment strategic Management and corporate governance, corporate culture, leading change and change management initiatives among others.
He is a labour Expert in employee relations/industrial relations issues, Labour laws and International Labour organizations conventions. Dr. Mulunda has held senior management positions at Teachers Service Commision, Huduma Kenya, Kenya Airways, Kenya wine Agencies Limited and Nzoia Sugar Company.
