Daniel Sloan is a Managing Partner and Agile Coach with Madison Henry, as well as an Agility Path™ Engagement Manager and Professional Scrum Trainer with Scrum.org.
A software industry veteran with over 20 years experience, Daniel helps clients apply Agile principles and pursue organizational transformation with a focus on delivering business value that enables competitive advantage. He often leverages the Competing Values Framework and Organizational Culture Assessment Instrument (OCAI) to align organizational culture types with Agile adoption. His work with organizations inspires engagement, instills ownership and ultimately sustains continuous improvement.
Daniel holds certifications with Scrum.org for Professional Scrum Master (PSM) and Professional Scrum Developer (PSD), receiving his PSM under Ken Schwaber, the co-founder of Scrum. In addition, he has earned the designation of Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) with the Scrum Alliance where he is also a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), having obtained his CSM under Jeff Sutherland, the other co-founder of Scrum.
