Nah Nah is a Singaporean with two decades of experience in leadership and organization development, collaborating with senior leaders and their teams in enhancing their capacity for change, fostering a learning/mentoring culture, and supporting their organisation culture change work. Nah Nah holds practitioner certifications from both the iGOLD Centre and the NTL (UK).
A trained coach and facilitator, Nah Nah is certified in multiple psychometric tools and approaches, such as the FIRO-B, the 6 Team Conditions and Barry Oshry’s Organisation Workshop. She introduced Dr. Gervase Bushe’s Clear Leadership to the Singapore Public Sector and is one of the first two certified trainers for the course in Singapore.
Nah Nah has been certified to administer and debrief the OCAI instrument and is excited to be able to support organisations in their culture assessment work.
Based in Singapore with her husband, two boys and a cat, Nah Nah is committed to lifelong learning and spiritual formation, engaging in contemplative practices like silent retreats and nature walks. She embarked on her first Camino walk in 2025 and is on an unstoppable journey of taking on more of such adventures in her life.
