At nGage Consulting, we help our clients to transform for a world in transition. We focus on 3 key societal transitions: sustainability, mobility and energy transition. We help our clients to better face the challenges caused by these transitions and, even more importantly, we help our clients to smarter identify and monetize the opportunities these transitions generate.
This means that we transform the way you deliver value focusing on the customer experience and the employee experience, we optimize the way you organize your business processes and corporate governance, and we advise you how to use technology as an accelerator.
We are management consultants with a human twist. While the result and outcome of our missions are undoubtedly significant, it is equally important to consider the manner in which we achieve them. We want our assignments to be a fun, meaningful, learning experience for our clients and for our consultants.

Promoted as the Head of the Accounting Department in 2018, Pauline gained experience in strategic planning and resource organization, overseeing the daily management of four distinct teams with a total of 35 employees.
Over a span of 6 years, Pauline developed expertise in human resources and managerial leadership. She led change management projects that allowed her to rethink team structures, revise existing procedures, and cultivate and sustain the company culture on a day-to-day basis.
Seeking to further her career in a role that would enable her to continue developing these skills, Pauline decided to join the consulting world in 2023, focusing on projects aimed at enhancing employee well-being in their workplace. Indeed, by investing in a work environment that supports its employees, a company ensures a significant impact on its overall success.
In conclusion, Pauline firmly believes that culture revision projects within companies are essential for several important reasons:
Validate alignment between the company's Vision, Mission, and Objectives.
Improve employee engagement and teamwork.
