The team, known as the “A-Team,” offered best-in-class HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical projects and preventive maintenance services. Under his leadership, they experienced 20X growth, achieving a substantial increase in profitability. He inherited a struggling sales team with an 87% turnover rate and built it from 6 to over 26 sales representatives, cultivating a high-performance, empowered growth culture that fueled sustainable success with a 5% turnover.

A graduate of Warner Pacific University, Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree, an MA degree in Education, and a Ph.D. in Performance Psychology (ABD) from Grand Canyon University.
