In 2012 I launched Pathfinder Strategies, a consulting company to help companies create what we call, a High 5 Culture℠. I tapped nearly 10 years of experience in training and development, management coaching and leadership development to create the High 5 Culture℠ model. My driving force? Helping clients advance their success by creating workplaces where people like to come to work and they can perform at their best.
